GENERAL TERMS
• By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
• I do not take any responsibility if you have not read them.
• I reserve the right to reject your commission without providing a reason.
• I have the right to upload the finished artwork to my galleries and use it for prints in artbooks, portfolios, etc.
• If you are ordering artwork for a friend or as a gift, please let me know in advance.
• The client may use the artwork only for personal purposes (avatars, banners, personal prints, social media posts with credit). For commercial use (merch, YouTube monetization, branding, etc.), an additional fee for commercial consent is required.
PAYMENT
• Payment via PayPal after sketch approval.
• Sketch approval confirms the composition, pose, and overall idea. Any major changes after sketch approval will require an additional fee.
• In case of cancellation by the client after sketch approval, no refund is provided.
ABOUT THE PROCESS
• If the client goes offline without notice during the sketch stage, I reserve the right to extend the deadline until the client responds.
• The estimated deadline starts from the day of sketch approval, not from the day of payment.
• If I miss the deadline without a valid reason, the client is entitled to a free simple sketch as compensation.
PUBLICATION AND PRIVACY
• If you need to delay the publication until a certain date, please let me know in advance.
• Please clarify whether I am allowed to post WIPs / the process.
• If you do not want your artwork to be published, I will ask for an additional +50% of the price.
• Let me know if you require a "SAMPLE" watermark on the public version of the illustration.
• Unless otherwise agreed, I reserve the right to post the finished illustration and the process at any time without a "SAMPLE" watermark.
PROHIBITED
• Using my artwork for heavy referencing or style mimicry in other projects.
• Tracing or redrawing my artwork.
• Using my artwork as NFTs is prohibited.
• Using my artwork to train or input into AI image generators (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, etc.) or any other machine learning models.
• Erasing my signature or claiming authorship is prohibited.

REFERENCE SHEET - from 80 $
More than 1 character in a drawing - price will be doubled
For the complexity of the character, the price can be increased by 40%
Сommercial commissions, the price for them is + 60% of the normal commission price
